[Webull Omnibus] Why is my Available to Withdraw amount less than my cash balance?

Your cash available to withdraw may be less than your cash balance for the following reasons:

  • Recent deposit activity

New ACH deposits should stay in your Webull account for a minimum of 4 business days before they will be available for withdrawal. For example, if you initiate an ACH deposit before 10:00 pm ET on Monday, the funds should stay in your account until Friday and become available to withdraw the next business day - Monday.

*ACH deposits initiated after 10:00 pm ET or during non-business days will be processed the next business day. The time between initial deposit and availability to withdraw will be postponed accordingly.

If you deposit funds by wire transfer, you can withdraw the funds the next business day after the wire transfer hits your Webull account.

  • Unsettle proceeds from sales

Funds are not available to withdraw before they have fully settled. Both stock trades and option trades settle on a T+1 basis.

  • Recent internal transfer activity

Funds received from your other Webull account cannot be withdrawn until the following business day after the internal transfer.

  • Pending Orders & Frozen Funds

The funds used for open orders and purchasing IPOs and Secondary Offerings will be locked up in your trading account and are not available to be withdrawn.

  • Required Margin Maintenance

NYSE/FINRA rules require investors to maintain a certain minimum amount of equity in their margin account at all times.
